Esterel Technologies and Pro-Nexus Team to Provide Safety- and Mission-Critical Software Development Tools
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. and Elancourt, France (January 20, 2003) – Esterel Technologies, a global provider of design solutions for safety and verification-critical systems, and Pro-Nexus, consultants offering knowledge solutions to the oil, gas, avionics/embedded systems and banking industries, have announced a partnership to provide their mutual customers with safety-critical software development tools and consulting services.
Esterel Technologies will provide Pro-Nexus with its flagship product, SCADE SuiteTM. SCADE Suite is the leading solution in Europe for developing embedded software that must meet stringent Avionics standards, including DO-178B, and is used extensively by companies like Airbus, Eurocopter and Dassault Aviation. SCADE has recently been introduced in the United States and has growing acceptance from such leading organizations as Pratt&Whitney, Rockwell Collins, Hispano Suiza, and Aircraft Braking Systems.
Pro-Nexus will include the SCADE Suite in the broad range of consulting services solutions offered to their customers.
